takbdt Terms & Conditions

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 21 or older throughout the duration of your account. takbdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the required age will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the takbdt platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. takbdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold balances upon detection of duplicate registrations.

2.3 Accurate Information

All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and Bangladesh mobile number — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your takbdt login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. takbdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2.5 Jurisdiction

You represent that accessing and using the takbdt platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. It is your personal responsibility to ensure you are not accessing takbdt from a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction. takbdt makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific location outside of its intended market.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

takbdt currently accepts the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available channels may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account and may be subject to an administrative return fee.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the account.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• takbdt reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the takbdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment is initiated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. takbdt is not responsible for currency conversion costs applied by the user's bank or mobile financial service provider.

3.5 Failed or Delayed Transactions

In the event that a deposit does not credit to your account within 30 minutes of initiation, you must contact our support team via Telegram or email with your transaction reference number. takbdt will investigate and resolve verified discrepancies within 24 hours. takbdt accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or the user's mobile financial service provider.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly at the point of bonus activation. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports betting at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100%.

4.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unwagered at the point of expiry will be forfeited without compensation. takbdt will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

4.3 Abuse and Fraud

takbdt actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion between players. Where abuse is detected, takbdt reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the account without notice.

4.4 Bonus Withdrawal

A player may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time without forfeiting their bonus, but doing so will result in the cancellation of the active bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. Once a withdrawal is requested, any active bonus is considered forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

5.1 Game Availability

takbdt reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game or betting market at any time without prior notice. Game unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory requirements does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

5.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or error in a game or betting system — including display errors, miscalculated odds, or server interruptions — takbdt reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Malfunctions void all associated pays and wagers. takbdt's decision in such matters is final.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
• In-play bets are accepted and settled based on the live data feed. Minor discrepancies between the live feed and broadcast delay are not grounds for bet cancellation.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules published in the Sports Betting section.
• takbdt reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its sole discretion.

5.4 Crash Games

Crash game outcomes (including Aviator by Spribe and other crash titles) are determined by a certified provably fair algorithm. Each round's result is generated before the round begins and can be verified independently by the player. takbdt is not responsible for network latency issues that may delay a player's cash-out instruction reaching the server.

6.1 Fraudulent Activity

Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a takbdt account; charging back a legitimate deposit after having wagered the funds; submitting false identity documents during account verification.

6.2 Collusion and Cheating

Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any tournament format; using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on your behalf without takbdt's prior written consent.

6.3 Money Laundering

Using the takbdt platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. takbdt complies with applicable anti-money laundering principles and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with its legal obligations.
